What happens on the first visit?

Between Day 46 and Day 50, we inspect your gutters and downspouts, take dated photos, and deliver a written condition summary. We'll contact you at least 48 hours in advance to confirm access.

What does "cleaning if justified" actually mean?

We only clean when your gutters actually need it — not on autopilot. If we inspect and your gutters are clear, we document it and move on. You're never paying for unnecessary service. If they're clogged, we schedule a cleaning within 1–6 months based on severity.

What if I want to cancel before the year is up?

You have until Day 30 to cancel with no further obligation — no autopay will have been charged. After Day 30, you can exit by paying 60% of your remaining monthly balance. After Year 1, cancel anytime with 30 days notice, no penalty.

Why is two-story cleaning priced separately?

Two-story cleaning involves real risk — height, ladders, liability. We price it separately so you're not paying for something you may not need every cycle, and so we can quote it based on actual conditions. The inspection is the same quality on all tiers.

What if you find something wrong with my gutters?

We document it, tell you what we found, and explain what it means. Repair work outside routine scope is quoted separately — no pressure, no surprise charges. You decide what to do next.

Downspout+ is operated by House on the Hill Holdings LLC, based in Henryetta, Oklahoma, serving Muscogee (Creek) Nation territory. Inspections and cleanings are performed by NDN Gutter LLC, an affiliated gutter installation company with years of local experience.
